WELCOME TO ANOTHER YEAR OF YOUR FAVORITE NFL SITE WHERE YOU PIT YOUR TEAM PICKING TALENT AGAINST ME. This “CONFIDENCE” Rating I started in 1991 as an “OFFICE POOL”, then other “OFFICES’ want to join.
